Cameron Boucher

Paul Ballesteros

My name is Paul Ballesteros, born in Bremerton, WA. I grew up in Tacoma, WA, through middle school, then moved to Bonney Lake and graduated from Sumner High School in 1999. After briefly attending college, I served 15 years in the Army, including three overseas deployments. Post-Army, I returned to Pierce College in Lakewood until COVID-19 closed the campus. During that time, I began working for a sprinkler company, discovering my love for outdoor work and meeting great people at unique locations. After over four years, I partnered with Cameron to start our own business, committed to quality work, fair prices, and exceptional service.

At 22 years young, Cameron is a driving force behind Western Water LLC, bringing energy and expertise to the art of irrigation. As a military brat, Cameron learned early on to embrace adaptability, discipline, and a strong sense of community—values that shape every project. Passionate about sustainable water solutions, Cameron help found Western Water LLC to design and maintain irrigation systems that keep landscapes thriving while conserving resources. Whether crafting custom setups or solving complex watering challenges, Cameron’s love for the craft ensures every job is done with precision and care. When not out in the field, you’ll find Cameron exploring innovative irrigation technologies to bring the best to your lawns and gardens.
